Itinerary

Day 1 — Arrival in Venice

Welcome to Venice—a city where time seems to drift as gently as the canals themselves. Upon arrival, enjoy a private water taxi transfer directly to your hotel, where your hosts will be waiting to welcome you.

After settling in, begin your Venetian experience with a guided walking tour from St. Mark’s Square to the iconic Rialto Bridge, offering a perfect introduction to the city’s rich history and atmosphere.

This evening, glide through the canals on a classic gondola ride before enjoying dinner set against a spectacular sunset over the water.

Day 2 — Venice: Art, History & Hidden Corners

After breakfast, visit the magnificent St. Mark’s Basilica, including access to its museum and the famed Horses of St. Mark. Continue with an exclusive guided tour of the Doge’s Palace, exploring its grand halls, hidden chambers, the Bridge of Sighs, and historic prisons.

Day 3 — Venice to Florence

Travel by high-speed train to Florence, the cradle of the Renaissance.

Upon arrival, enjoy a guided walking tour through the historic center, including the Florence Cathedral, Piazza della Signoria, and the iconic Ponte Vecchio. Discover Florence’s unique “wine windows,” a fascinating tradition revived in modern times.

This evening, take part in a hands-on culinary experience, preparing a four-course Tuscan meal alongside professional chefs, paired with regional wines.

Day 4 — Florence at Your Pace

May 22, 2027

Begin your day with a climb to the top of Brunelleschi’s dome at the Florence Cathedral Dome, rewarded with breathtaking views over the city.

Your ticket also includes entry to the Baptistry, Campanile, and the Duomo Museum, offering deeper insight into the architectural genius behind this masterpiece.

The afternoon is free to tailor your experience. Options include:

  • The Uffizi Gallery or Accademia Gallery

  • Pitti Palace and the Boboli Gardens

Depart for the Tuscan countryside, beginning with a visit to San Gimignano, known for its medieval towers and exceptional gelato.

Continue to Siena, where a local guide will introduce you to the historic Contradas and the traditions of the twice annual Palio.

Arrive in Montepulciano for a two-night stay. Explore ancient Etruscan wine cellars carved into the earth, followed by a tasting of the renowned Vino Nobile di Montepulciano.

Your restaurant tonight serves regional specialties, including the classic Florentine steak paired with local wines.

Day 6 — Tuscany: Pienza, Montalcino & Thermal Springs

May 24, 2027

This morning, we visit Pienza, a Renaissance gem with sweeping views over the Val d’Orcia and home of Pecorino cheese

Enjoy a farm-to-table lunch at a family-run estate, followed by a tour and tasting of world-famous Brunello wines in Montalcino.

Later, unwind in Bagno Vignoni, where natural thermal waters have been used since Roman times.

Return to Montepulciano for a relaxed evening and dinner.

Day 7 — Tuscany to Rome

May 25, 2027

Travel south through the breathtaking Val d’Orcia, where rolling hills, cypress-lined roads, and timeless landscapes define the heart of Tuscany, before arriving in Rome.

Begin your Roman experience with a guided walking tour through the historic center, taking in the architectural brilliance of the Pantheon, the lively elegance of Piazza Navona, and Gian Lorenzo Bernini’s iconic Fountain of the Four Rivers.

Continue to Vatican City for a guided visit of its extraordinary treasures, including the renowned Vatican Museums, the awe-inspiring Sistine Chapel, and the grandeur of St. Peter’s Basilica.

Tonight’s restaurant is set in a lively Roman piazza.

Day 8 — Ancient Rome & Leisure Time

The afternoon is yours to enjoy at leisure. You may wish to visit the renowned Borghese Gallery, home to masterpieces by Gian Lorenzo Bernini and Caravaggio, or simply wander through Rome’s charming streets, discovering its cafés, piazzas, and hidden corners at your own pace.

Day 9 — Departure

May 27, 2027

After breakfast, transfer to Rome Fiumicino Airport for your return flight home, concluding your unforgettable Italian journey.
